Dead in His Presence

The people were afraid to enter into the presence of God, they begged Moses and Joshua, “Go for us.”

They didn’t want to lose their life. They wanted to vicariously experience  God who makes all things new, through other men who had the faith to trust God completely to resurrect them into holiness. They weren’t willing to lay down their own lives and be made new. They chose the cyclical patterns of fear, rebellion, and greed. They feared letting go of their past.

(Remove your shoes, you’re standing on holy ground…don’t bring your past, it’s time to step into the Presence, the new creation.)

”But my face,” he continued, “you cannot see, because a human being cannot look at me and remain alive.“

‭‭Exodus 33‬:‭20‬ ‭

THIS, this is the way of the cross. It’s only found in continual presence/relationship with God.

”In the Messiah he chose us in love before the creation of the universe to be HOLY and without defect IN HIS PRESENCE.“

‭‭Ephesians 1‬:‭4‬ ‭

IN HIS PRESENCE, is where we truly die because we cannot remain unchanged in His presence. So we must encounter the presence of a holy, living God.

Oh it’s a fearful thing to fall into the hands of a living God. But when we faithfully enter His presence with full trust that He will provide the Lamb, we can enter without fear and shame, and enter boldly into His throne room, into His presence, dying to the old self and being resurrected new in Him!

We must remove our shoes (our past) as we stand on holy ground, moving forward in unity with Him, in holiness and without defect.

It’s a choice to knowingly scale the mountain into the face and presence of a Living God knowing it will result in losing our life, but believing in faith that He will resurrect us into a new creation (as Abraham had the faith for Isaac), holy, pure and righteous; which can only happen when we’re in His presence, because nothing impure can stand in existence before Adonai, Elohim.

”For he who finds me finds life and obtains the favor of Adonai“

‭‭Mishlei 8‬:‭35‬ ‭

And look what he gave me!!!! He always seems to give me treasures to remember these moments!!! It was on the beach!!!!💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛. PURE AS GOLD!!!!
